One of North America's premier dragon boat festivals is back! The 2026 Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival, presented by Scotiabank, is officially set for June 19–21, 2026 on the scenic Rideau River at Mooney’s Bay Park.

This year’s edition is part of the Dragon Boat Canada Race Series and promises a weekend of spirited competition, community pride, and unforgettable memories.

📝 Registration is now open — gather your crew of up to 30 and compete in one of the many community, corporate, or competitive divisions.

  • Sue Holloway Cup – for top competitive teams registered with Dragon Boat Canada.
  • Breast Cancer Paddlers Cup – dedicated to breast cancer survivors.
  • Pride Challenge Cup – Canada’s first 2SLGBTQ+ division, launched in 2016.
  • Para Challenge Cup – for para-athletes.
  • All Cancer Paddlers Challenge Cup – open to all ages and cancer survivors.
